About Our Classes and Programs

Kids Martial Arts

Whether or not your child is athletic, they'll feel right at home in our Rego Park Kids Martial Arts classes. That's because every child here is encouraged to go at his own pace. That's one of the reasons lots of kids prefer martial arts over team sports.

There's no competition. Just encouragement, growth and development. Kids learn focus, respect, goal setting and more. And martial arts is a full body workout too - helping kids get fit & healthy.

Adult Martial Arts

Our beginner-friendly, super-fun Rego Park martial arts classes are causing quite a "stir" in the community. That's because you get fun, fitness, self-defense, and a sense of community - every time you come.

Check out our "infamous" online special by clicking here! This lets you try us out risk-free so you can make sure you love our program before signing up for a membership.

Fitness Kickboxing

Our Rego Park Fitness Kickboxing program was designed after studying why so many other weight loss solutions simply don't work. Out of all of the reasons, one stuck out to us the most:

Boredom. Other programs simply aren't fun & exciting. That's why every one of our classes is packed with new routines, super-fun kickboxing technique with real equipment, and passionate instructors. The amazingly fast results don't hurt, either.

Birthday Parties

Martial Arts Birthday Parties are a super-fun, structured, supervised event that your child - and all his friends - will remember. Kids get action-packed activities... learn real martial arts techniques... goof off with exciting games... and of course - eat great birthday party food!

As a parent, all you have to do is show up, relax, and have a great time yourself! You're welcome to volunteer and help out - but if you'd prefer you can just relax with the other parents and let us do all of the “heavy lifting.” Call now to pre-register!
